General Terms of Use (GTU) – WUDU Application

These General Terms of Use (referred as 'GTU') govern the access and use of the WUDU mobile application (referred as 'the Application'). By creating an account, you unconditionally accept all of these conditions.

1. Service Description

WUDU is a property management platform that allows landlords to:

Manage real estate properties and buildings.
Register tenants.
Generate lease contracts and invoices.
Track charges and receive due date notifications.

2. Account Creation and Security

Access to services requires creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. WUDU will not be held responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (Apple In-App Purchases)

WUDU may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Payment: The payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscription Management: The user can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in the App Store account settings after purchase.
Refunds: All payments are handled directly by Apple. For any refund requests, you must contact Apple support.

4. User Responsibility (The Landlord)

The Landlord is solely responsible:

For the accuracy of entered data (amounts, dates, tenant identities).
For the legal compliance of lease contracts generated via the Application. WUDU is a technical tool and does not replace professional legal advice.
For obtaining the consent of tenants for recording their personal data (photos, ID cards, etc.) in the Application.

5. Intellectual Property

The architecture, code, design, and logos of WUDU are the exclusive property of [Your Name/Company]. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Availability: WUDU strives to ensure 24/7 access, but cannot guarantee the absence of technical interruptions or bugs.
Tenant Disputes: WUDU does not intervene in the contractual relationship between the landlord and tenant. We decline all responsibility in case of disputes, non-payment of rent, or property damage.

7. Personal Data Protection

Use of the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy, available separately, which details how we process your data and that of your tenants.

8. Termination

The user can delete their account at any time from the Application settings. WUDU reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these GTU or fraudulent use.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU are subject to the law of [Your Country, e.g., Cameroon]. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of [Your City] shall have sole jurisdiction.
